ACT! Web Hosting provides you with access to your ACT! database - which would be “in the cloud” on our Web Hosting Server - from any computer, anywhere, anytime via a supported Internet browser1.
ACT! Sync Hosting provides you with the ability to have an ACT! Remote Database on your local computer and synchronize it with your Master database, which would be “in the cloud” on our Web Hosting Server.

How do you get started? Give us a call at 704-365-4322.
Once we have a signed Agreement, your ACT! serial number (if applicable), and your credit card information, your setup is underway. If you have an existing ACT! database, we can connect to your computer and transfer your data to one of our servers. If you don’t have an existing ACT! database we will create one for you.
The next steps depend on what type of access you will be using. If you will be using ACT! Web Access, we’ll send you your unique URL and a document with step-by-step instructions to tweak your Internet browser to ensure the best performance and you are up and running. If you will be using ACT! Sync Access we create a remote database for you and send you easy-to-follow, illustrated instructions on downloading and setting up your database. If you need help with the installation and set up of your remote database, contact us and we can handle all of the setup and installation for you, remotely, at an additional fee.
